Privacy policy

Thrusters.com.au is operated by M&J Bucknell and Associates Pty Ltd, trading as Luxfords, 2/19 Bennetts Road, Mornington VIC 3931. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and how we use it, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry or your size calculator result, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, boat details, where the boat is kept, your timing and any message. The calculator itself runs in your browser; your inputs are only sent to us if you choose to send them.

Like most websites, our server keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) to keep the site secure and working.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and follow up about it. We don't sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who it's shared with

Enquiries are delivered to the Luxfords team by email through our email delivery provider. If you ask us to recommend an installer, we'll only pass your details to them with your agreement.

Access, correction and questions

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing sales@luxfords.com.au or calling (03) 5973 6444. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
