Instead of all-or-nothing bursts, BOW PRO lets you dial in exactly the push you need, then hold it. Its brushless induction motor has no carbon brushes to wear, and VETUS rates full-power runtime at 6 to 10 minutes depending on the model.

Proportional thrust

Vary thrust precisely instead of firing full bursts. Gentle in a calm, firm in a crosswind.

Nothing to service

Brushless induction motor, so there are no carbon brushes to wear out or replace.

Long runtimes

6 to 10 minutes at full power and far longer at part power, with built-in temperature and low-battery protection.

Lock and hold

Lock the thrust at any level and step away from the helm to handle lines single-handed.

BOW PRO BOOSTED

A 24 V thruster on a 12 V boat

Every BOW PRO Boosted has a three-stage DC-to-DC charger built in. It tops up a dedicated 24 V thruster bank from your existing 12 V system, and only draws once your house bank is at a safe level. On bigger boats the same trick charges 48 V from 24 V.
